What if your grandchildren don't live close by?
Are you searching for special ways to build memories with your grandkids? Are you looking for those small but important ways to delight them and build lasting memories?
But maybe they live at some distance from you.. perhaps in a different state, maybe even a different country.
Don't feel discouraged; it doesn't have to be a huge disadvantage.
Kids love getting something in the mail.
I've posted before about sending mail to your grandkids and you can read more here. Everyone loves receiving mail, and your grandkids are no different.
Here's a simple but exciting idea.
If they're like my own grandchildren, your grandchildren probably watch for the postman each day hoping that they will get some mail.
Well, here's a special little something that takes very little time to create but will thrill your grandkids- an activity that they'll really enjoying doing. And.. you can send it in the mail for them.
( I cut out the pieces, arranged them on the laminating sheet before laminating. Then I cut out each laminated piece.)
2. Add a small piece of Blu-tac to the back of each piece and..
3. Pop everything into an envelope and post to your grandkids.
And the result?
This is the snowman that one of my granddaughters made.. and she's almost 4. She thought it would look best with everything on the snowman. Her sister (nearly 2) had just as much fun, and I'm sure your grandchildren will, too.
