When you phone rings or you recieve a text notification, there's nothing better than a beautiful Christmas image as a wallpaper on your device reminding you of the holiday season. But sometimes it's not that easy to find something you really like. So that a few minutes to check out the options from Crosscards. You'll find choices for both your mobile devices or your desktop and they are lovely. It will be difficult to choose. Don't forget, too, the mobile wallpapers on my Freebies page as another option. When my kids were young, I attempted a homemade gingerbread cottage from scratch. Mmmm.... while it wasn't a complete disaster, it certainly didn't look like the beautiful designs on Pinterest. But a gingerbread cottage looks wonderful as a centrepiece on your Christmas dinner table. Kids love to help decorate gingerbrad cottages, too. Fortunately, there are some simple kits available in most stores. But if you really want to create something special and wonderful, you might like to consider the book, `Gingerbread for Beginners.` The recipes are simple, and delicious, and there are plenty of templates to help you get started plus loads of pictures as inspiration. I went shopping with my grand-daughter yesterday. We were looking particularly for a planner/diary. While there were plenty available, they were all the same- just lines and times for each day. Rachael was wanting something that could help her with planning and organising the many different activities she's involved in, not just for school. And she was looking for something that would help her determine her goals, set the needed steps in place and take action. That's why the 'Make it Happen' workbook is so special. Here`s what`s included: the Goal Action Ideas, Monthly/Weekly/Daily Tending Lists, Relationship Tending, Cultivating Gratitude, Big Dreams page for big ideas, What Fires Me Up, Things I Want to Learn/Things I Learned, and more! If you're looking for something more than just a daily list of things to do, check out Make it Happen and start your new year well.
